course access and content

when you enroll in a course, you get personal access to materials for the duration specified at purchase. this access is for your personal use only. you can't share login credentials or distribute course materials to others.

all course content, including videos, documents, and resources, is our intellectual property or licensed to us. you can't copy, reproduce, or redistribute this content without written permission. this includes posting materials on other platforms or file-sharing sites.

payments and refunds

course prices are listed in the currency shown on our site. payment is due at enrollment. we accept major credit cards and other payment methods shown at checkout. all prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if you haven't accessed more than 20% of the course content. after that, sales are final. workshop and event tickets are non-refundable but can be transferred to another person with our approval.

user conduct

treat everyone in our community with respect. harassment, hate speech, or threatening behavior isn't tolerated. we'll remove users who violate this without refund. this applies to all interactions, including course discussions and events.

don't use our platform for anything illegal or harmful. this includes spamming, phishing, distributing malware, or infringing on others' rights. we reserve the right to terminate accounts that misuse our services.

what we're not responsible for

we work hard to provide quality education, but we can't guarantee specific results or outcomes. your success depends on many factors including your effort, prior knowledge, and how you apply what you learn.

our site might have temporary outages or technical issues. while we try to minimize disruptions, we're not liable for losses from service interruptions. we recommend downloading materials when possible since access might end if we close courses.

termination

we can suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse our services. you'll lose access to purchased courses without refund in these cases. you can close your account anytime by contacting us.

disputes and governing law

these terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. any disputes will be handled through the courts in that jurisdiction. we prefer to resolve issues directly before legal action, so contact us first if problems arise.
